The key responsibilities of MEP Engineering Assistant include but are not limited to:

• Assist in the routine inspection, servicing, and repair of MEP systems
• Support the maintenance team in responding to service calls and troubleshooting issues
• Help perform preventive maintenance tasks as per schedules and checklists
• Assist in monitoring equipment performance and reporting abnormalities or malfunctions
• Follow safety procedures and company policies during all maintenance activities
• Support in emergency repair tasks, including outside of regular working hours if needed

Must be at least a Bachelor Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering

• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Preferably with a minimum of at least 1-year experience in facilities and maintenance of high rise building.
• Must be proficient in Auto Cad and other office related software.
• Must be able to read drawings
• Must be proficient in English, both written and verbal
• Able to manage and process related documentations.
• Highly motivated, independent and able to multi-task
• Any job scopes related with building engineering and safety
• Ability to use Ms. Office World, Excel, Power Point.
