• Provide creative direction and feedback, aligning work with the brand's objective and goals.
• You will report to Creative Lead, lead and inspire a team of designers, providing mentorship and fostering a collaborative work environment.
• Lead and guide the team in generating insightful and engaging concept, developing visual content across digital, print, and multimedia platforms.
• Apply the brand identity in innovative ways while maintaining consistency.
• Present design concepts and strategies to stakeholders, articulating creative rationale and incorporating feedback.
• Manage projects and ensure deadlines are met with deliverables of high quality.
• Stay updated and share knowledge on industry trends and best practices to help the team grow creatively.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and other departments for cohesive visual communication, as the main point of contact.

Bachelor's degree in visual communication, Graphic Design, or a related field.

5+ years of experience in a creative leadership role within an agency or in-house team.

Strong portfolio showcasing art and visual projects with expertise in visual storytelling.

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effect) and other design tools.

Experience with delivering quality marketing messages across all communications channels.

Fluency in English and Khmer, both written and oral, for collaboration with country and regional teams, and other stakeholders.
