• Research Khmer & international clothing styles
• Create seasonal themes and product mood boards
• Design apparel (T-Shirts, Jerseys, Jackets, etc.) + accessories
• Ensure brand consistency in design (colour, fit, cut, branding)
• Collaborate with Creative Team

 Technical Product Development

• Create tech packs (measurement specs, materials, stitching details)
• Define fabric types with sourcing team
• Test sample fit + adjust sizing
• Quality check and feedback on sample rounds

 Trend + Consumer Research

• Track fashion, esports and athletic trends in Cambodia & region
• Studying youth behavior and aesthetic taste
• Research competitors local & international brands
• Gather inspiration from events (SEA Games, festivals, Mobile Legends skin drops)

 Cross-Team Collaboration

• Work with Marketing to prepare design renders for launch visuals
• Review of how products are presented on social media & in partner shops
• Join key meetings with Product Intelligence for costing & margin review

 R&D + Sustainability Exploration

• Explore new materials (eco-friendly fabrics, recycled packaging)
• Recommend future product expansion (e.g., sandals, caps, bags)
• Test new functional ideas (anti-sweat tech, breathable paneling, etc.)

• Bachelor in General business
• At least 2 years experience
• Knowledge in design fashion, design artwork
