Responsibilities and Duties
- Crafting the creative work through art direction and design
- Ensure that the visual tonality is in line with Grab’s Brand Guidelines
- Work closely as a team with the creative and other team colleagues to ensure the work is delivered on time and on brief
- Translate campaign ideas into social media assets or adapt offline key visuals into effective social media and communication assets. Assets* varies from static (image, layout, visual) to animation/.gif or short video clips for social media purposes.
- Creating key visual that fit to driver-partner`s attitude and behavior
- Enable to generate and develop new ideas that align with the driver partners`s needs.
- Need to understand key components that make a brand and how they work together to communicate with an intended audience (Driver Partners).
- Need strong creative skills and a desire to produce attention-grabbing, effective visuals with regularity.
- Need to troubleshoot challenges. When the Project Owner isn’t pleased with a design or a photographer misses a deadline to provide assets, you’ll need to manage these issues and find quick solutions.
Qualifications and Skills
- Working experience related to the role from 1 - 2 years
- Know how to use Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator
- Know how to use Adobe After Effect and Premiere
- Knowledge photoshoot and shooting video
- Must be able to work under tight deadlines with the team to deliver on time
- Must know a basic English level as we always work with a regional team
- Ensure that the visual tonality is in line with Grab’s Brand Guidelines
