Prepare the day-to-day activities cash inflow and cash outflow to ensure the cash position is effectively used

• Prepare bank loan repayment by ensuring all loans are made timely to avoid the bad credit
• ​Post & reconcile daily cash inflow by ensuring all receipts cleared in system on daily basis
• ​Prepare payment run via H2H bank transfers or arrange cheques according to payment schedule by ensuring all payments are made following agreed credit term
• ​Engage with a related team to estimate cash inflow based on each company field and prepare the cash transfer to high interest saving account if there’s surplus
• ​Prepare monthly bank reconciliation of all banks and submit to accounting for month end closing
• ​Update the bank monitoring file to reconcile with bank statement on daily basis for the purpose of actual cash reporting to line manager and suggest cash transfers.
• ​Schedule to bank to clear chq/documents to support operation need
• ​Assist line manager with all company’s bank account including new account opening, closing and changing signatory to support business operation need​

• ​​Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or any related field
• ​Fresh graduate, 1-2 years’ experience in related field is encourage
• ​Knowledge of computer skills in MS Office, accounting software and database
• ​Able to communicate in English Fluently via email, phone call or other medias.​
