Job Summary
  • Support to all other departments with related issues and Adhere to all company policies and procedures.

Responsibilities and Duties

+ Follow Commercial Sales goals and promotional Requirements:

  • Adhere to the company principles and sales objectives by following a sales plan and targets for allocated regions and districts in support of national objectives.
  • Expands customer base by building and maintaining relationships with key customers and identifying new customer opportunities.
  • Recruit Stores to participate in relevant promotional offers.

+ Implementing Sales Plans:

  • Ensure all tasks and targets allocated are executed and achieved within the set timeline.

+ Managing Account:

  • Resolving problems in the region when they are escalated.
  • Achieves Sales operational objectives by contributing Telesales information and following plans and performance reviews.
  • Report on Competitors in the allocated region.

+ Marketing Activities, Brand Presence and Competitor Monitoring:

  • Monitor the overall performance of the region’s activities allocated.
  • Be the local market expert: gather account feedback, monitor competitor activity and provide information for improvements directly to the Province Sales Supervisor

+ Operations:

  • Support to all other departments with related issues.
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
  • Interact and co-operate with all members of the organization
  • From time to time you may be expected to be part of special projects as are reasonably required of your job role.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Accounting, or a related field
  • 1–2 years of experience in account management or client service preferred
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
  • Proficient in MS Excel and basic data analysis
  • Ability to work independently and in a team
  • Good command of English and Khmer
