- Lead and manage the Tax & Advisory team to deliver high-quality compliance, advisory, and consulting services.
- Mentor, coach, and develop team members to achieve professional growth and performance excellence.
- Oversee workload planning, resource allocation, and department operations to ensure efficiency.
- Act as the lead advisor for key clients, managing complex tax and business advisory matters.
- Oversee and review work related to Cambodian tax compliance, tax audits, planning, restructuring, and cross-border tax matters.
- Provide strategic business advisory solutions, including corporate structuring, investment advisory, and regulatory compliance.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Cambodian laws, Prakas, and international tax developments impacting clients.
- Drive the department’s growth through proactive business development and cross-selling opportunities.
- Develop proposals, deliver client presentations, and participate in contract negotiations.
- Represent the firm at industry events, networking functions, and professional associations to enhance brand visibility.
- Contribute to the formulation and execution of the firm’s strategic plan for Tax & Advisory services.
- Identify market trends, anticipate client needs, and develop service offerings that address emerging opportunities.
- Collaborate with other service lines to deliver integrated client solutions.
- Ensure all engagements comply with professional standards, firm policies, and legal requirements.
- Manage client risks and resolve issues promptly to maintain strong, long-term relationships.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Law, or a related field.
- Possession of a Registered Tax Agent License in Cambodia and/or a professional accounting will be considered an added advantage.
- Associate Director: Minimum 8–10 years of relevant professional experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial or leadership role within a professional services firm or multinational corporation.; Director: Minimum 10–12 years of relevant professional experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role within a professional services firm or multinational corporation.
- In-depth knowledge of Cambodian tax laws, regulations, and compliance requirements.
- Proven expertise in business advisory, tax planning, and cross-border taxation.
- Strong track record in business development and client relationship management.
- Exceptional leadership, coaching, and team management skills.
- Strong technical expertise in tax and advisory services.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English (Chinese proficiency is an advantage).
- High standards of integrity, professionalism, and attention to detail.
