The successful candidate will be responsible for overviewing all Accounts Payables activities within the company.

This is an exciting position for a junior candidate to get exposure of fast-paced working environment with a strong international dimension.

This position requires daily interactions with numerous stakeholders from vendors in order to build strong business relationships and to take decisions on various payments platforms available to minimize foreign currency exposure as well reduce financial charges.

On top of the daily payables tasks, additional accounting and ad hoc administrative tasks will be required.

He / She will report directly to the Accounts and Admin Manager.

• Responsible for Payment reporting.
• Monthly Bank Reconciliation.
• Accounts Payable: perform timely and accurately.
• Completeness check of the document, including the Tax Invoice and Receipt.
• Data entry AP & PV in the Odoo system and upload scanned documents.
• Monthly summary credit supplier for payment preparation.
• Prepare payment and Withholding Tax. 
• Tax and Bank reconcile.
• Assist with month-end/year-end closing.

• Diploma in Accounting
