Design engaging and creative graphics and artworks to visually represent the company's brand aligning with brand guidelines and visual identity in promoting products and services via Marketing activities and communications across portfolios of Urbanland and for ISI GROUP

• Be the brand custodian for Urbanland in monitoring and promoting the correct usage and application of brand and visual across project brands to ensure brand consistency and credibility in all forms
• Provide design work to align with brand and visual guidelines
• Develop graphic design to support marketing activities and campaign
• Design and update marketing materials for internal and external audiences
• Design digital collaterals for social media such as social media post, digital ads, e-brochures, e-newsletters, e-invite, e-books, web banner poster, presentation … etc.
• Design offline branding collateral such as logos application, merchandise, brochures, leaflets, books, printed invitations, billboard, hoarding … etc.
• Design event collateral such as event posters, invites, backdrop, signage, standees … etc.
• Provide design concepts and ideas to improve overall creative and keep up with the trend
• Provide design applications to different templates and platforms as necessary

• Bachelor’s degree in design or Multimedia or any other design related fields
• 1-2 years of experience in creative design
• Strong portfolio of graphic design work experiences
• Proficiency in design software’s eg Adobe Premiere, Illustrator, Photoshop, Sketchup, etc.
• Accuracy and attention to detail in design
• Professional, positive attitude with a strong work ethic and willingness to grow
• Working knowledge of Microsoft suite (e.g. Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
• Good presentation skills and communication skills
• Experience in commercial or retail is a plus
• Basic knowledge in digital and social media is a plus
• Good at managing workload and working well under pressure
• Committed, Energetic, enthusiastic and passionate about their projects and creating positive change
• Excellent both English and Khmer languages
