Responsibilities and Duties
- Receive, inspect, and test returned products.
- Identify product faults and root causes.
- Process replacement, repair, and return of material per policy.
- Maintain RMA logs, reports, and documentation.
- Coordinate with the Quality, Logistics, and Production teams.
- Ensure timely turnaround of RMA cases.
- Maintain compliance with warranty terms and conditions.
Qualifications and Skills
- Preferred: Bachelor’s Degree in Electronics, Electrical, Computer Science, or related fields.
- 2-3 years relevant experience.
- Knowledge of hardware troubleshooting of PCBs, components of Laptop, Desktop, Printer and Monitor.
- Familiarity with inventory and RMA management systems.
- Good documentation skills.
- Strong communication skills for internal and external coordination.
- Customer-centric approach.
- Ability to manage multiple RMA cases concurrently.
