To ensure the security, functionality, and strategic alignment of all technology systems and IT infrastructure within the organization. The IT Manager will lead digital initiatives, manage a skilled team, and drive compliance with industry best practices, company standards, and local regulations.

• Manage information technology and computer systems.
• Oversee the daily operations of the IT department, ensuring systems and services operate efficiently, securely, and cost-effectively.
• Lead, mentor, and evaluate the IT team, including recruitment, training, and performance management.
• Develop and execute long-term IT strategies that support business goals and digital transformation initiatives.
• Manage the IT department’s budget and ensure optimal allocation of resources.
• Lead IT projects from conception to implementation, including system upgrades, new deployments, and cloud transitions.
• Ensure data and system security, manage risks, and implement cybersecurity best practices.
• Develop, implement, and enforce IT policies, procedures, and system documentation.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to hardware, software, network, and infrastructure.
• Oversee management of user accounts, licenses, and permissions within the company domain.
• Administer and control access and content management on Microsoft SharePoint.
• Manage the company’s firewall and secure VPN connections across HQ and branch offices.
• Maintain servers (cloud and on-premises), virtualization environments, and core networks.
• Provide and manage VMware tools (vSphere, vCenter) and server platforms.
• Monitor connectivity and system performance across all locations.
• Ensure reliable backups and disaster recovery using solutions such as Veeam, Veritas, or Rapid Recovery.
• Negotiate and manage vendor and service provider contracts.
• Support and lead business continuity and disaster recovery planning and testing.
• Conduct end-user training on new systems, tools, and cybersecurity awareness.
• Collaborate with internal departments to align IT solutions with business needs.
• Ensure compliance with national regulations (e.g., from the National Bank of Cambodia if applicable) and relevant global standards (ISO/IEC 27001, etc.).
• Perform other duties as assigned by the OD or Management Team.

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of progressive experience in IT management or a similar leadership role.
• Experience in IT risk management and regulatory compliance is an advantage.
• Proficiency in English (written and spoken)
• Willingness to travel occasionally to support branch offices.
• Network & Infrastructure Management: Cisco network infrastructure (Core, Distribution, Access), FortiGate firewall, SD-WAN, routing technologies
• Systems & Platforms: Windows Server (2012–2022), Microsoft 365, Azure, VMware vSphere, vCenter, vSAN
• Backup & Recovery: Veeam, Veritas, Rapid Recovery
• Enterprise Tools: Microsoft SharePoint, Exchange, Active Directory, and license management, ERP system experience (SAP, Odoo, Microsoft Dynamics) is a plus
• ITIL or similar IT service management knowledge
