The ACX Specialist is responsible for the design, implementation, and management of automated chat solutions to enhance customer interactions. This role involves working closely with stakeholders to understand user needs and create efficient, user-friendly automated chat experiences. 

• Design, develop, and deploy automated chat solutions using various platforms and technologies (such as NLP tools)
• Create and update conversation scripts, FAQs, and responses to ensure the chatbots provide accurate and helpful information.
• Monitor and analyze chatbot performance metrics, user interactions, and feedback.
• Work with customer service teams to identify common inquiries and pain points that can be automated.
• Conduct user research and testing to refine chat functionalities and improve customer satisfaction
• Main focus of the role will be individuals with AI Knowledge, Experience in administrating chatbot / automated chat or familiar with machine learning concepts.
• Main language requirement will be English. However, we are open to offer better salary package for candidates who are fluent in Mandarin / Hindi / Japanese / Korean. 
• Working schedule arrangement is fixed schedule, Monday to Friday with weekends off. Position is open for Executive to Senior Executive level.

• Knowledge of Customer Experience (CX) strategies and best practices.
• Previous experience in Chatbot Moderator / Chat Automation / Machine Learning
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Understand workflow process and improvements.
• Proficient in Business-level English; Proficiency in any of the following languages— Chinese, Japanese, Korean, or Hindi—will be considered an advantageous qualification.
