• Salary range: Negotiate based on experience plus other benefit
• Working time: Monday – Saturday (half day for Saturday) Time: 8:00am – 5:00pm Holiday based on ministry of labor and vocational training

Primary Responsibility: (Fundamental Activity)

• To sell Sela Pepper products to clients in such a way to ensure that all required conversion rates for proposals and contracts are met and to ensure that all proposals are followed up in a manner that ensures that Sela Pepper exceeds customer’s expectations.
• To report back to management of trends in demand for products and movements in the market including reporting on problems incurred in selling identified products.
• Aim at achieving sound of customer satisfaction for sale function
• Continual improvement on Personnel Performance & Leadership assessment result

Specific Responsibilities: (detail of daily task)

• In good understaning and comply with company vision.
• Learn well products knowledge.
• Responding to enquiries over the telephone or other about Sela Pepper services and forwarding all necessary support information to clients on Sela Pepper Products or Services in a timely manner.
• Conducting sales presentations to clients on Sela Pepper Products and services and record results of all client visits. –Make client appointments
• Maintain up to date lists of all clients dealt with
• Preparation of proposals (where necessary), follow-up on all proposals and recording of the results of such.
• Monitor proposals and contract conversion rates with the aim of achieving targets.
• Conduct all price negotiation with in set limits and ensure as many as possible contracts are taken.
• Plan and Execute action of Key account management for Key client and Key consultant.
• Conduct work as per relevant Sela Pepper Sale procedures.
• Process document with agency and ministry for export product
• Booking shipments and working closely with Logistic company to make sure shipment are smoothly conducted.

• Physical in good health condition, with Positive, Modest, and Cooperated ,Hard working Attitude
• In Good looking , polite manner.
• Good with writing, listening and speaking both Khmer and English
• At least 2 years proven experience in sale oversea or logistic will be preferred.
• Excellent telephone manner including proven communication / interpersonal skills
• Highly developed public speaking skills
• Having knowledge about export document
• Proven team player and ability to work with very little supervision
• Logical approach to problem solving
• Good organizational skills including report writing
