- Provide customer service to clients for queries regarding operation business/services.
- Support with schedule arrangement.
- Coordinate with all operation staff for all matters related to operation business/services.
- Monitor the return on inspection provisional report from inspectors.
- Ensure that retained samples and reports are properly stored and documented.
- Responsible in sample disposal and kept its records.
- Perform other related tasks as assigned.
· Bachelor degree in Business Management, English or other related fields.
· At least one- or two-year experiences in customer service.
· Well-organized with high level of administration ability to effectively manage paperwork.
· Possess of excellent customer service skills.
· Strong interpersonal skills.
· Good in oral and written English communication, knowledge of Mandarin Chinese is a plus.
· Knowledge of computer skills (Ms. Office Applications).
· Resourceful, flexible, and well organized.
