Location: Brey Piphup Tmey Chamkardong, Phnom Penh

Supervisory Responsibilities:

• Oversees Accounting operations, which include financial accounting, accounts payable, account receivable, and payroll.
• Recruits and hires accounting staff and conducts performance evaluations.
• Implements training for new hires and identifies training opportunities for current staff.
• Oversees the system of internal controls over accounting functions to minimize risk.
• Handles discipline of employees as needed and in accordance with company policy.
• Able to lead and supervise team of accounting staff & ensure smooth running of daily financial operations.
• Ability to lead by example and demonstrate a strong sense of integrity, ethics and dependability

• Oversees the preparation of periodic financial statements and the corporate annual report.
• Ensures that financial reports comply with financial reporting standards.
• Assists external auditors and provides required statements and information for the annual audit.
• Reviews budget reports and assists other departments to prepare annual budgets.
• Coordinates the preparation of the corporate tax return.
• Maintains a documented system of accounting policies and procedures.
• Complies with local government requirements.
• Identifies and recommends updates to accounting processes and procedures.
• Ensure timely & accurate closing of monthly accounts.
• Review and sign on captured voucher such as invoice, receipt and payment and submit to the management for final review and approval
• Review and check all area of accounting and financial reports to prevent fraud and corruption.
• Produce monthly accounting and financial reports in Khmer & English
• Coordinate with other departments for preparing accurate documents
• Review and ensure that inventory records are accurate and updated timely. Conduct random inventory counts to ensure inventory movements are authorized and accounted for.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

• Good management and supervisory skills, good written and verbal communication skills.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Mastery of accounting and tax preparation.
• Proficient in Quick Book System, and Ms. Office
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in accounting required.
