- Audit invoices, monitor accounts payable trial balance, input manual invoices, check disbursement, and perform procedures relating to proper vendor payments
- Payment processing (Check Invoice, prepare voucher and Issue cheque, submit Voucher to developer to Check and approval and Chairman for signature)
- Calculation reimbursement of monthly electricity bill and water by each components
- Bank Reconciliation tracking before release payment to contractor
- Prepare monthly tax expense and record into E-filling system
- Prepare monthly petty cash claim by each components
- Go out to pay monthly tax payment, Waste collection fee, Water and Electricity bill
- Bank deposit
- Filling document payment info each components
- Document payment scanning
- Other task assigned by manager.
- Answer queries related to your area of activities
- Perform special operations like duplicating files for security purposes, prepare credit notes, collection notices, make adjustment to entries, authorize non-standard invoices, and cancel and replace checks
- Prepare and reconcile sales reports. Maintain cash flows, anticipate cash needs, and prepare bank deposits
- Maintain filing system related to your area of activity, which includes staff files relating to hours of work, absenteeism and vacation.
- At least with a bachelor degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
- Preferably possess one year of related work experience
- Ability to use Ms. Office Word, Excel, Power Point, SAP, Outlook, email and knowledge in Accounting System
- Ability to communicate in English fluently
- Responsible and able to work independently
- Pleasant personality, good communications skills, and good team work
- Strong bookkeeping and accounting, project coordinating, and administrative skills
- Strong knowledge of accounting, reconciliation, journal entry, and other such financial transactions
