Responsibilities and Duties
- Verify figures of worker’s wage with supporting documents received and questionable as needed for satisfactory payment approval
- Proceed worker’s wage via Wing portal to workers
- Assemble invoices from the purchase department or/and vendors to be completed for payment
- Review invoices and PR, P.O, Quote and related supporting documents for satisfactory payment approval
- Clarify any questionable invoice items, prices or receiving signatures
- Verify and recalculate figures on invoices to make sure the correctness
- Check vendor files for any previous payments and assign voucher numbers
- Listing and tracking for multiple payment stages to make sure the payment will not be issued overlap
- Manage payment schedule;
- Reconciling processed work by verifying entries and comparing system reports to balances
- Maintaining historical records
- Maintain copies of vouchers, invoices, or correspondence necessary for files
- Other tasks required by Accounting Manager
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or equivalence.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in Account Payable responsibility.
- Be able to use QuickBooks.
- Be able to use Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel.
- Understand basic of accounting principles and bookkeeping.
- Good communication in English for both speaking and writing.
- Good team work, honest and hardworking.
