Responsibilities and Duties

Maintain clear commercial strategies for each target segments
Document and regularly update commercial strategy to grow market share for each target segments while maintain effective pricing policy
Developing sound pricing strategies in line with long term objectives
Provide Customer Excellence by doing following
Showing extra attentiveness to customer needs
Effectively attend and solve customers' problems
Schedule regular visit to customers and undertake thorough preparation
Maintain a positive attitude
Demonstrating commitment to providing more customer service excellence than anyone else in your industry
Focus on what customers value most, attention, dependability, promptness and competence
Undertake Effective follow-up especially after the sale
Negotiate and close the contracts
Applying Win win concept
Prepare effectively before negotiating
Understand the needs & interests of all parties involved
Conclude better agreements through creativity
Identify potential barriers or hindrances to the engagement
Adopt a collaborative approach to ensuring trust, rapport and long-term gains

Qualifications and Skills

Bachelor’s Degree in science, chemical, Environment, marketing, economics, or business administration at the very least and MBA preferred, as long as it is in conjunction with a hunger to develop and learn, and to be proactive
2-3 experience in a multinational organization in similar capacity in Market development, Business Development, Project Management, Communication & Compliance Management
Previous experience working with alternative fuels
Previous experience in cement manufacturing or waste management industry in capacity of sales and marketing
Dedicated and focused; has a proven ability to communicate sharply and concisely with stakeholders;
Proven track record as a provider of insightful analyses which are simply presented and can lead to rapid;
Independent and self-motivated professional
Computer Skills: Microsoft Office programs
Languages Requirements: English and Chinese
