Responsibilities and Duties

Conduct garment inspections to ensure products meet quality standards and client specifications
Perform QC/QA checks at all production stages (inline, final, pre-shipment)
Understand and apply AQL (Acceptable Quality Level) sampling methods during inspections
Accurately record defects and prepare clear inspection reports in English
Communicate effectively with factories, suppliers, and internal teams about quality issues
Travel frequently to various factory locations as required for inspections

Qualifications and Skills

Experience: Minimum 1–2 years of hands-on experience in Quality Control (QC) or Quality Assurance (QA), preferably within the garment or furniture industry.
Fresh graduate encourages to apply for this position.
Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of AQL (Acceptable Quality Limit) sampling plans and defect classification systems.
Language Skills: Good command of English, both written and spoken.
Transportation: Possession of a personal car is an advantage.
Personal Traits: Hardworking, honest, reliable, and self-disciplined.
Work Style: Able to work independently, manage time effectively, and perform well under pressure to meet strict deadlines.
