Responsibilities and Duties
- Conduct garment inspections to ensure products meet quality standards and client specifications
- Perform QC/QA checks at all production stages (inline, final, pre-shipment)
- Understand and apply AQL (Acceptable Quality Level) sampling methods during inspections
- Accurately record defects and prepare clear inspection reports in English
- Communicate effectively with factories, suppliers, and internal teams about quality issues
- Travel frequently to various factory locations as required for inspections
Qualifications and Skills
- Experience: Minimum 1–2 years of hands-on experience in Quality Control (QC) or Quality Assurance (QA), preferably within the garment or furniture industry.
- Fresh graduate encourages to apply for this position.
- Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of AQL (Acceptable Quality Limit) sampling plans and defect classification systems.
- Language Skills: Good command of English, both written and spoken.
- Transportation: Possession of a personal car is an advantage.
- Personal Traits: Hardworking, honest, reliable, and self-disciplined.
- Work Style: Able to work independently, manage time effectively, and perform well under pressure to meet strict deadlines.
