Responsibilities and Duties

Develop, prepare, and implement effective business development strategies to achieve company growth targets
Identify, prospect, and develop new customers, partners, and business opportunities
Manage and monitor the sales pipeline to ensure consistent revenue growth
Conduct market research to analyze industry trends, competitors, and potential opportunities
Lead, coordinate, and collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to execute business strategies
Prepare business proposals, presentations, and sales pitches for clients and partners
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and commercial terms with customers and partners
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and key stakeholders
Provide regular reports on business development performance and market insights to management.

Qualifications and Skills

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field
Minimum 4-5 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Marketing
Experience in the logistics industry is an added advantage
Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
Proficient in Microsoft Office
