- Execute marketing strategies: Implement comprehensive marketing plans to achieve businessobjectives, increase brand awareness, and drive customer acquisition and retention.
- Market analytics and reporting: Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitors toidentify opportunities. Track and analyze marketing campaign performance using various analyticstools. Generate reports on KPIs and provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Campaign management: Plan, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns across various channels,including digital marketing, social media, email marketing, print media, and events. Collaborate withcross-functional teams and external agencies to ensure campaigns are executed effectively and withinbudget.
- Brand management: Maintain and enhance brand identity and positioning. Develop brand messaging,guidelines, and visual assets. Ensure consistent brand communication across all marketing channels.
- Content creation: Develop engaging and persuasive marketing content, including website copy, blogposts, social media updates, email newsletters, and promotional materials. Collaborate with contentcreators, designers, and agencies to produce high-quality content.
- Relationship management: Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, includingcustomers, partners, vendors, and media outlets. Collaborate with sales teams to align marketing effortswith sales objectives.
- Very Good in Khmer-English with reading, writing, and speaking skills.
- Education and Experience: A bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a relatedfield is typically required. Previous experience in marketing, advertising, or a managerial role is highlypreferred
- Strategic Thinking: Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills to develop and executeeffective marketing strategies.
- Teamwork and collaboration: Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, agencies,and external partners. Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Effectively communicatewith internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders.
- Analytical Skills: Proficiency in data analysis and interpretation to measure campaign performanceand make data-driven decisions.
- Creativity: Ability to think creatively and assist in developing innovative marketing ideas andcampaigns. Have a sense of judging good design, and if skilled in design tools, it will be a plus.
- Digital Marketing Knowledge: Familiarity with digital marketing techniques, including SEO, PPCadvertising, social media marketing, email marketing, and content marketing. Knowledge of marketingautomation tools and analytics platforms is also beneficial.
- Knowledge of marketing principles: Strong understanding of marketing concepts, strategies, andtactics. Familiarity with market research, consumer behavior, branding, digital marketing, andcampaign management.
- Budget Management: Experience in budgeting, resource allocation, and cost control.
- Adaptability flexibility: Willingness to adapt to changing market dynamics, embrace newtechnologies and tools, and quickly adjust marketing strategies as needed.
