We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Digital Marketing Specialist to manage and oversee our property portfolio. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and developing our social media accounts while providing excellent customer service.

• Manage social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn)
• Develop and propose monthly content calendar for different social media platforms to promote the business and generate potential leads for sales team.
• Coordinate with creative and multimedia team to ensure that monthly contents are delivered with creativity and quality.
• Propose and produce short form videos to promote business on a monthly basis.
• Track performance of monthly digital contents and propose actions for improvement and effectiveness.
• Keep track of social media trend to ensure that the business social media contents are up-to-date and resonate with our audiences.
• Monitor and analyze social media contents of competitor to improve our social media contents and presence.
• Engage with social media audience to ensure a timely and informative response with accuracy and professionalism.

• Proven experience in leasing, property management, or real estate sales.
• Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Real Estate, or related field is preferred.
