Job Summary
Department: Finance
Report to: Accounting Manager
Working Hour:
Monday to Friday:
- Morning: 8:00 am to 12:00 pm
- Afternoon: 2:00 pm to 7:00 pm
Saturday: 8:00 am to 12:00 pm
Location: Phnom Penh
Salary: Negotiable
Responsibilities and Duties
- Record daily cash book (income & expense)
- Control pretty cash
- Teacher Payroll
- Prepare invoices, payment and receipt vouchers
- File all invoices and other documents in the correct order and properly
- Review and process expense reports and bank reconciliations
- Clear daily cash clearance
- Performing other relevant and assigned tasks;
Qualifications and Skills
- Year 4 or Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or related field
- At least 1-year experience in general accounting tasks (No experience is also acceptable)
- Knowledge and experience of using QuickBooks
- Good at Ms. Word and Ms. Excel
- Good command of English, honest, friendly, humble, open-minded, and willing to learn
- Must be responsible, reliable, resourceful, punctual, creative and cooperative
