- Lead and oversee multiple client engagements in accounting, tax compliance, and financial reporting.
- Serve as the main point of contact for accounting clients, providing high-quality advisory and outsourced accounting solutions.
- Ensure all deliverables are completed accurately, on time, and in compliance with local regulations and firm policies.
- Identify clients’ business needs and proactively propose value-added solutions.
- Supervise, coach, and mentor a team of associates and senior associates; manage resource planning and performance evaluations.
- Monitor workflow and engagement budgets to ensure efficiency and profitability.
- Lead process improvement initiatives and drive automation to enhance service delivery.
- Ensure that all documentation, records, and client data are maintained with integrity and confidentiality.
- Support the Partner/Director in expanding the client portfolio through cross-selling opportunities and client referrals.
- Assist in preparing proposals, fee quotes, and client onboarding documents.
- Participate in networking events and represent the firm professionally.
- Stay updated on relevant regulatory, tax, and accounting standards
- Ensure strict adherence to internal risk management procedures and quality control standards.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Professional certification (e.g., ACCA, CPA, CA) is strongly preferred.
- Manager: Minimum 5–6 years of relevant experience, ideally in a professional services or outsourced accounting environment; Senior Manager: Minimum 7–8 years of experience with proven team leadership and client portfolio management.
- Strong technical knowledge of accounting standards and tax regulations.
- Exceptional leadership, organizational, and project management skills.
- Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, SAP, etc.).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Chinese language proficiency will be an added advantage
- Proficient in using MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
