We’re looking for a Creative Operations Assistant to join Aromier and help bring our creative ideas to life.

This role is perfect for someone who is creative, organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and loves beauty, lifestyle, fragrance, and branding.

Key Responsibilities

1. Content Creation & Video Reviews (50%)

• Plan, film, and edit 1 short-form video daily (TikTok, Instagram Reels, Facebook) showcasing and reviewing our products.
• Present on camera with confidence, demonstrating product features, aesthetics, and benefits.
• Engage with comments and keep track of trending video formats and audio.

2. Order Fulfillment & Studio Support (50%)

• Accurately inspect, wrap, and pack daily orders for delivery.
• Prepare shipping labels and coordinate daily courier pickups.
• Keep the packing station, studio props, and inventory neat and organized.

Requirements

• Natural, confident presence on camera with clear speaking skills.
• Hands-on editing experience using mobile tools like CapCut or native video platforms.
• Detail-oriented and careful when handling delicate items.
• Punctual, organized, and capable of managing daily tasks independently.
