Responsible for managing and growing merchant accounts by maintaining relationships with existing merchants, acquiring new merchants, and providing end-to-end support to ensure smooth operations and achieve sales targets.

• Manage and maintain relationships with existing merchants.
• Recruit and onboard new merchants, mainly in the Fashion and Mart categories.
• Provide end-to-end support to merchants and ensure smooth daily operations.
• Visit merchants within Phnom Penh regularly.
• Communicate with merchants primarily through Telegram.
• Achieve quarterly sales targets and contribute to business growth.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-oriented with a proactive attitude.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple accounts.
• Basic English communication skills.
• Knowledge of online shopping or e-commerce is an advantage.
• Open to both male and female candidates.
