AI Data Collection Coordinator

Help run Grab's Physical AI programme, which collects first-person video of real-world work to train AI. You will bring devices to partner sites, run footage collection on the ground, and keep the project on schedule.

• Find and sign up collection sites (warehouses, retail, F&B, workshops), and be the main contact for each site owner.
• Plan and supervise daily collection: which operators and devices go to which site, hour targets, and device health.
• Run data upload and check that the footage is complete and usable.
• Keep the progress tracker up to date and post daily updates. Work with internal teams and partners to clear blockers.

• A bachelor's degree in any field.
• 0–3 years of work experience. Fresh graduates are welcome. Experience in field operations, project coordination or business development is a plus.
• Confident approaching business owners and winning their agreement.
• Organized, good with technology, and comfortable fixing problems with devices.
• Good English Proficiency and Thai is a plus.
• Able to work at different sites, with some weekend work during busy periods.
• Nice to have: experience in mapping or AI data collection, and a driving licence.
