Responsibilities and Duties

To constantly identify and approach potential clients through networking, referrals and prospecting;
To regularly follow up on prospects and build relationships with customers;
To conduct financial needs analysis to access clients’ financial goals and income;
To recommend suitable insurance plans that align with client’s financial plans;
To build and maintain good relationship with bank partners for business development;
To assist clients with policy applications and provide good customer experiences.
To meet sales targets and ensure all sales activities comply with regulatory and ethical standards.

Qualifications and Skills

Fresh Graduate holding Bachelor Degrees in Finance and Banking, Economics, Business Administration, Marketing, or other related fields;
Having experience is a plus;
Able to work full time (Mon-Fri and 8:00AM to 5:30PM);
Good knowledge of Microsoft Offices and Email;
Good command in English and knowing another language (Chinese) is a plus;
Strong communication and interpersonal skill;
Good negotiation and coordination skill;
Good professional grooming;
Good knowledge of basic life insurance concepts;
Able to work under pressure and able to deal with different type of customers.
