The Creative Director is a leadership role responsible for the overall creative vision and direction of an advertising agency and its client accounts. This position is to lead and inspire a team of art directors, copywriters, and designers, guiding them in the conceptualization and execution of innovative and effective advertising campaigns. The Creative Director is a strategic thinker, a master storyteller, and a client-facing leader who ensures all creative output is on-brand, on-strategy, and exceeds client expectations.
Creative Leadership & Vision
- Set and maintain the creative vision and standards for the agency.
- Direct the creative process from concept to completion for multiple projects and accounts.
- Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and new media formats to keep the agency at the forefront of advertising.
Strategic & Conceptual Thinking
- Collaborate with the Creative, Production, and Account team to understand client business goals, target audiences, and market challenges.
- Develop high-level creative strategies and concepts that are aligned with the client’s brand and marketing objectives
- Translate complex marketing briefs into compelling and actionable creative ideas.

Campaign Development & Execution
- Oversee the development of multi platform advertising campaigns (e.g., TV, print, digital, social media, radio, experiential).
- Review and approve all creative deliverables to ensure they meet quality Standards and strategic goals.
- Provide clear, constructive feedback to the creative team to refine and elevate their work.
- Manage project timelines and budgets in collaboration with project managers.
Client Management & Presentation
- Act as the lead creative representative in client meetings and pitches.
- Present and sell creative concepts to clients with conviction and a clear understanding of the strategic rationale.
- Build and maintain strong, trusting relationships with key clients.
- Bachelor's degree in Advertising, Marketing, Communications, Fine Arts, or a related field. An equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.
- Proven experience (8+ years) in advertising, branding, or creative industries, with at least 3–5 years in a leadership role.
- Strong portfolio showcasing successful multi channel campaigns.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and presentation skills.
