Responsibilities and Duties
- Driver Management: Oversee driver interactions, gather feedback on satisfaction, complaints, and service quality via Telegram and social media.
- Vehicle Inspection: Ensure vehicles (tuk-tuks, cars, motorcycles) meet hygiene, safety, and equipment standards.
- Onboarding & Training: Assist in driver recruitment, interviews, registration, app training, and organizing training sessions.
- Inventory Coordination: Support stock and inventory processes for drivers (no counting required).
- On-site Meetings: Conduct regular check-ins with drivers at garages or the office.
Qualifications and Skills
- Age: 18-25 years old
- Education: Year 3 or Year 4 students
- English: Intermediate proficiency
- Preferred: Male candidates with commitment and resilience
