UX/UI Designer is a person who is passionate about solving customer paint points through great design. The position will be responsible for the overall user experience of the assigned digital projects/initiatives. You will be working with product owner, and other stakeholders to understand the business requirements and take the ownership of translating those business requirements into prototypes and continuously iterate to ensure the best user experience. This would require conducting qualitative user behavior research & interview, facilitate co-creation/design sprint workshop with stakeholders and translate the findings into sitemap, customer journey maps, prototype and visual design.

• Understand product specifications and user psychology
• Conduct concept and usability testing and gather feedback
• Create personas through user research and data
• Define the right interaction model and evaluate its success
• Develop wireframes and prototypes around customer needs
• Find creative ways to solve UX problems (e.g. usability, findability)
• Implement attractive designs
• Work with all the project stakeholders during the full life cycle of the project to ensure high quality user experience of the delivery
• Keep abreast of competitor products and industry trends
• Nice to have conduct user research, facilitate and run design sprint.

• At least 3 years of proven experience as a UX/UI designer or similar role
• Strong portfolio of design projects
• Familiar with design thinking concept: planning and conducting user research, user testing, A/B testing, prototyping, heuristic analysis, usability and accessibility concerns.
• Ability to clearly and effectively communicate, present and defend design processes, ideas, and solutions to teams and/or senior management
• Expertise in standard UX software: Figma or Sketch, Axure, Balsamiq and/or similar
• Problem-solving aptitude
• Analytical mind with a business acumen
• Be open to receive feedback and constructive criticism
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS; JavaScript is a plus
• BSc in Design, Computer Science, Engineering or a related field.
