Responsibilities and Duties

Monitoring network infrastructure and network devices (Router, Switch, Base Station and Customer’s connections)
Support customer over the phone, on chat Telegram, line or via email
Receive request and support accordingly all kinds of available services
Follow up ticket case until closed
Maintenance access network system frequently as schedule
Update network system documentation when anything changed or updated
Troubleshooting network system problem

Qualifications and Skills

At least 1 year of experience related to field
Knowledge MikroTik, Cisco, Huawei
Must be able to use common software programs like Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, etc.
Technical knowledge and proficiency with LAN/WAN, VLAN, Switching, Routing, Troubleshooting etc.
Configuration familiar, wireless and fiber network
Good spoken and writen English, both English and Khmer. Speak Chinese is an advantage
Willing to work in shift
