Responsibilities and Duties
- Work closely with relevant unit on the department and lender to support core banking system and system database configuration, migration, installation, parameterization, upgrade, functional testing and fix issues;
- Develop workflows, lesson plan, and provide core banking system training and support to head office and branches level;
- Provide timely reports and data extractions for external and internal using as per requirement related core banking System;
- Generate NBC, CMA, CBC, financial services, and operation report from the system database as per requirement and make sure on time.
- Manage and ensure the correctly and timely of daily and monthly (EOD, EOM and EOY) as of consolidate data from core banking system;
- Other tasks assigned line manager.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor/ Master’s degree in IT or related field;
- At least 3 years’ work experience in core banking system or similar;
- Understand business requirements and system flow as well;
- Strong analytical, prioritization, and negotiating skills;
- Knowledge and experienced in Java, JSON, PL/SQL, T-SQL and PostgreSQL;
- Good in written and verbal communication skills and effectively;
- Experience from Banking or MFI is preferred.
