Responsibilities and Duties
- Installation of Windows OS, Office 365 & other IT software
- Support internet connection and email
- Deal with suppliers for IT and other office equipment
- Configuration/Maintenance of routers, switches and cloud servers
- Perform office IT support function
- Assist in IT security implementation
- Perform other administration tasks as and when required
Qualifications and Skills
- At least 2 years’ experience in similar position
- Good level in speaking, reading and writing in both Khmer and English.
- Good listening capacity and communication skills
- Well organised, friendly and polite
- Able to work under pressure and as a team
- Handle personal and confidential company materials with sensitivity and discretion
