Site QA-QC Manager

1. Develop Quality Improvement Plans

• Identify areas that require further improvement.
• Coordinate with and explain quality requirements to other departments to ensure understanding.

2. Manage and Monitor Quality Control

• Monitor quality control procedures and testing processes.
• Supervise the QA-QC team's activities to ensure accuracy, clarity, and consistency.
• Analyze quality control procedures and identify areas for further improvement.

3. Train and Develop the QA-QC Team

• Act as a trainer and provide guidance on quality management procedures and quality standards.
• Coordinate and support the development of technical skills in quality assurance and quality control.

4. Prepare QA-QC Reports

• Prepare and present construction quality reports and improvement areas to management.
• Maintain quality documentation and other legally required records.

5. Continuous Improvement

• Promote a culture of continuous learning and development for both self and team members.
• Apply quality management tools and methodologies (e.g. Six Sigma, Lean) to streamline processes and minimize negative impacts.

• Bachelor's degree or above in Construction Quality Management or Civil Engineering.
• At least 5–8 years of experience in QA-QC management.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing circumstances.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and planning skills.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Honest, responsible, and committed to work.
• Strong willingness to learn and continuously improve personal capabilities to keep pace with the company's growth and development
