Full Stack Web & Mobile Developer

• A versatile and experienced developer who can take ownership of both our web platform and our mobile applications. You will be responsible for the end-to-end development, from designing the architecture to deploying the web application and launching the iOS and Android apps on their respective stores. The ideal candidate has strong problem-solving skills, a passion for UI/UX, and deep knowledge of cross-platform or native development frameworks.

• Web Development: Design, build, and maintain a highly responsive, scalable, and robust website and web portal.
• Mobile App Development: Develop and maintain mobile applications for both iOS and Android platforms (using cross-platform tools like Flutter/React Native OR native languages).
• API & Backend Integration: Connect web and mobile interfaces with backend services, databases, and third-party APIs.
• UI/UX Implementation: Collaborate with the design team (or use provided wireframes) to translate UI/UX designs into high-quality code.
• Testing & Optimization: Identify and resolve bugs, bottlenecks, and performance issues to ensure a smooth user experience across all devices and screen sizes.
• Deployment: Manage the deployment process for web hosting and app store releases (Apple App Store and Google Play Store).
• Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code while following industry best practices.

• Experience: [2-3+] years of proven experience in web and mobile app development.
• Web Technologies: Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern front-end frameworks (e.g., React.js, Vue.js, or wordpress……ect).
• Mobile Technologies: Solid experience with cross-platform mobile development frameworks (e.g., Flutter or React Native) OR native development experience (Swift for iOS, Kotlin/Java for Android).
• Backend Knowledge: Understanding of backend technologies (e.g., Node.js, Python, PHP) and database management (e.g., Firebase, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
• Version Control: Proficient with Git and GitHub/GitLab,
• App Store Deployment: Prior experience publishing apps to the Google Play Store and Apple App Store.
• Soft Skills: Strong communication skills, ability to work independently, and a problem-solving mindset.

• Experience with cloud services (AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure).
