Lead visual communication and creative quality for Digital and Corporate Marketing across Healthcare, Scientific Laboratory and Construction Chemical. Translate marketing objectives into strong concepts and production-ready designs for digital, print, events, signage, exhibitions and corporate materials. Ensure outputs meet Dynamic Advance Group brand standards, accurate production specifications and high attention-to-detail requirements. Provide creative direction and quality review to the wider marketing team and production partners.

• Lead creative concepts and visual direction for corporate and Business Units marketing campaigns.

• Develop key visuals and assets for digital, print, presentation, event, exhibition and environmental applications.

• Prepare/review production artwork with correct dimensions, resolution, bleed, safe areas and output specifications for signage, backdrops, booths and POSM.

• Perform detailed creative QC for typography, spacing, alignment, imagery, copy placement and file accuracy.

• Translate marketing briefs and technical information into clear, professional visual communication.

• Guide Digital Marketing and Multimedia/Event resources on artwork adaptations and photo/video visual direction.

• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external production vendors to deliver accurate, on-time output.

Maintain organized source files, templates and brand assets; monitor relevant design tools and trends.

• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts or related field; equivalent qualification with a strong portfolio may be considered.

• Minimum 5 years in graphic/visual design, preferably corporate or agency; experience in both digital design and physical production artwork required.

Hard Skill (Technical):

• Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop/InDesign; concept, typography/layout and branding; print/prepress and production specifications for signage, backdrops and booths; proof/mock-up review.

Soft Skill (Core Competency):

• High attention to detail; creative problem solving; collaboration/feedback; prioritization, deadline management and accountability.

• FDCM team; Healthcare, Scientific Laboratory and Construction Chemical BU/FU PICs; CEO Office, Procurement and other support functions.

• Printing, signage, fabrication and event suppliers; creative agencies/freelancers as required.

• Portfolio required. Site/proof checking, travel and event/production support outside normal hours may be required.
