• Manage project sampling
• Call verification consumer promotion, sampling, and another relevant project
• Answer consumer’s question/inquiry related to product and service
• Daily/weekly/monthly report
• Other tasks assigned by manager.

• Bachelor Degree in any related fields.
• 1‐2 years' experience in Call Center, Contact Center, Customer Service, Customer Care, Receptionist or relevant experience.
• Motherhood is preferable.
• Knowledge in Nutrition is preferable.
• Good knowledge of Ms. Office, Internet and Email.
• Good interpersonal skills and ability to deal and engage with people of all kinds.
• Adaptability and be able to work under pressure.
