Responsibilities and Duties
- Daily Operation & Maintenance of the customer environment with support from our back offices in Stockholm and Warsaw.
- Ensure high availability and service within agreed SLAs
- Traffic analysis for A2P Monetization and SMS Firewall Update Services
- Traffic analysis for voice monetization, collaboration with voice FW vendor
- Design and implementation of SMSFW filtering rules based on customer traffic sources analysis
- Analysis of SMSFW A2P blocking effectiveness,
- Analysis of penetration testing results, running additional tests locally
- Collaboration with product management/RD in change request process and SMSFW roadmap development
- Analysing SMSC/SMSFW tra:ic data using multiple internal tools
- Analysing voice call CDRs and voice call distribution dashboards
- Provide feedback for process improvements
Qualifications and Skills
- BSc degree in Telecom or equivalent.
- Good knowledge of MS O:ice tools
- Proven experience from technical roles within the Telecom industry
- Knowledge of mobile core network architecture
- Operational knowledge of Linux OS (comfortable to work from Linux shell)
- Ability to understand and create SQL queries
- Fluency in both written and spoken in English
- Strong analytical skills - with strong interest in data-driven analytics, identifying trends and investigating and understanding reasons for trends.
- Experience in operations of SMSC/SMSFW/VAS systems
- Good understanding of communication and signaling flow in mobile telecommunication networks
- Experience with A2P messaging will be advantage
