Responsibilities and Duties

Service Management

  • Build & maintain strategic contacted client relationships.
  • Understand evolving customer needs & preferences.
  • Resolve escalations swiftly & professionally.
  • Ensure high retention rates through exceptional service.

Operation Excellence

  • Oversea vehicle intake & Service appointment scheduling.
  • Optimize throughput & minimize bottlenecks.
  • Collaborate with teams to meet monthly KPIs.
  • Implement consultative selling approaches corporate & Fleets.
  • Operational leadership.
  • Cross-Functional coordination.
  • Performance Excellence.
  • Lead: daily operations of Service Supervisor In a high-volume workshop environment processing 450 units monthly.
  • Ensure: Seamless coordination between sales, Service, and customer satisfaction departments.
  • Drive: Operational efficiency, Quality Control, and team performance to exceed target.


Qualifications and Skills

Education & Experience

  • Associate degree or higher in Automotive Technology, Business administration or related field.
  • Minimum 3+ Years in automotive Service management or sales corporate supervisor.
  • Proven track record in high-volume service enviroments.

Core Compentencies

  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Excellent communication & problem-Solving skills.
  • Proficiency with automotive service satisfactory.
  • advanced CRM and Sales Skills.
