- Lead: daily operations of Service Supervisor In a high-volume workshop environment processing 450 units monthly.
- Ensure: Seamless coordination between sales, Service, and customer satisfaction departments.
- Drive: Operational efficiency, Quality Control, and team performance to exceed target.
Education & Experience
- Associate degree or higher in Automotive Technology, Business administration or related field.
- Minimum 3+ Years in automotive Service management or sales corporate supervisor.
- Proven track record in high-volume service enviroments.
