PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

• To manage Lab’s management system in compliance with the ISO/IEC 17025, ISO 9001 and other such as ISO 14001, 45001 and 17020 standards as well as corporate procedures.
• To assure that all laboratory personnel responsible for testing and calibration activities familiarize themselves with the ISO/IEC 17025, ISO 9001 and other such as ISO 14001, 45001 and 17020 standards management system and corporate procedures and implements their work in accordance with the documented policy and procedures of the quality management system.
• To be responsible as “ Quality Manager ” as defined by ISO/IEC 17025, ISO 9001 and other such as ISO 14001, 45001 and 17020 of the company.

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES

• To manage Lab’s management system in compliance with the ISO/IEC 17025, ISO 9001 and other such as ISO 14001, 45001 and 17020 standards as applicable as well as corporate procedures.
• To assure that all laboratory personnel responsible for testing and calibration activities familiarize themselves with the ISO/IEC 17025, ISO 9001 and other such as ISO 14001, 45001 and 17020 standards as applicable management system and corporate procedures and implements their work in accordance with the documented policy and procedures of the quality management system.
• Comply with the laboratory quality policy and quality management system.
• To coordinate with Technical Manager, Lab Managers, Department manager or nominee and Global team to ensure that any nonconformity has been carried out with appropriate corrective and preventive action in a timely manner and to follow up its effectiveness of the action taken.
• To effectively and timely handle complaint ensuring proper and practical corrective action is taken to maintain customer satisfaction.
• To manage in acquiring the ISO/IEC 17025, ISO 9001 and other such as ISO 14001, 45001 and 17020 standards as applicable accreditation and or Certify as planned.
• To manage the external audits by customers and government competent authorities.
• To coordinate with Technical Manager and Lab Managers for selection, approval and evaluation of the subcontracting laboratories
• To develop and maintain Company quality system
• To manage the training of Office staff, Field Operation staff and Lab by coordinating with management team to effectively identify training need and training plan for company personnel.
• To manage internal and External audit according to ISO/IEC 17025, ISO 9001 and other such as ISO 14001, 45001 and 17020 standards as applicable and corporate policy to continuously improve Lab quality and operations.
• To cooperate with H&S, Business & Function for Business Continuity Plan and Business Impact Analysis (BIA) creating and implementation.
• To effectively and timely handle complaints ensure proper and practical corrective action is taken to maintain customer satisfaction.
• Involve the investigation with H&S related to integrity. The above-mentioned responsibilities are covered for the following divisions ie; H&S, HR, Finance, Procurement, C&P-Inspection, NR-Agriculture, NR Minerals & IT.
• To manage other task as per manager or superior assigned.

Education:

• Bachelor Degree (Related Field) or higher

Qualification:

• At Least 1 years experience of ISO/IEC 17025 and ISO 9001Quality Manager or
• At lease 2 years experience of ISO/IEC 17025 and ISO 9001Quality Supervisor or
• At lease 4 years experience of ISO/IEC 17025 and ISO 9001Quality Executive

REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

• 2 years Experience working in Testing or Inspection filed  ISO/IEC 17025 Requirement and Internal Audit and Lead Auditor
• ISO 9001 Requirement and Internal Audit and Lead Auditor
• ISO 17020 Requirement and Internal Audit
• ISO 14001 Requirement and Internal Audit
• ISO 45001 Requirement and Internal Audit
• QHSE knowledge
• Interpersonal and communication skills
• Managerial and leadership skills
• Good English communication
• Proper Training Skill.
