To manage and execute the company's product audits and QA standards implementation throughout the factory base in Cambodia.

• Vendor training for the company QA requirement (i.e. visually inspect and garment measurements, etc)
• Conduct new factory on-boarding and production capability assessment
• Conduct quality training programs and improvement sessions in assigned area of responsibility
• Provide guidance and solutions to quality issues and problems in assigned area of responsibility
• Follow up factory correction and action plan (CAP)
• Maintain and monitor quality procedural implementation in factory
• Drive the scheduling of annual retraining/certification of certified Vendor auditors
• Conducting in-line/end-line inspections for critical programs

• 6+ years of experience in apparel industry
• Experience in managing and conducting in-line/end-line inspections
• Experience in factory set-up/systems with an understanding of apparel machinery
• Strong communication skills, both oral and written in English & Vietnamese (Mandarin is a plus)
• Proficiency in computer skills (MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
• Diploma required ; Degree preferred
