As a TKS Quality Auditor, you are responsible for conducting independent quality inspections at garment manufacturing facilities on behalf of Turnkey Source’s clients. The role ensures that production meets agreed specifications, AQL standards, and buyer compliance requirements before approval for shipment.

• Evaluate the quality management system of new factories to determine whether they are capable of producing for the client.
• Conduct quarterly evaluations of the factory’s quality control processes. Inspect, assess, and approve the PP (Pre-Production) sample before bulk production begins.
• Inspect and approve TOP (Top of Production) samples before shipment.
• Coordinate with the factory to check fitting samples in order to prevent unusual defects during production.
• Perform inline inspections at the start of production to alert the factory for corrective actions if any abnormalities occur.
• Review buyer specifications, tech packs, and approved samples before inspection.
• Conduct final inspections based on client AQL and inspection protocols.
• Validate product measurements, construction, workmanship, labeling, packing, and carton markings.
• Identify, classify, and record defects (critical, major, minor) during inspection.
• Ensure that the factory’s production aligns with purchase order specifications, size ratios, and packaging instructions.
• Prepare and submit accurate and timely inspection reports (with photos and defect summaries) to the client’s system or Quality Manager.
• Communicate clearly with factory representatives to explain inspection results and corrective actions.
• Escalate high-risk issues (e.g., safety defects, repeated failures) to TKS management and the client.
• Monitor the progress of the factory’s quality improvement projects.
• Maintain neutrality and integrity as a third-party auditor.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by upper management.

Minimum requirements to fulfill the responsibilities in an acceptable manner

• Education/Degrees: Bachelor degree level up
• Minimum 2–4 years of experience in garment quality inspection, preferably in third-party or buying office audits.
• Strong knowledge of garment construction, measurement specs, and AQL inspection methodology.
• Ability to use tools such as measurement tapes, calipers, barcode scanners, etc.
• Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines and challenging environment
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to envision and deliver innovative solutions
• Skilled in using inspection software/reporting tools (Excel, internal TKS platform).
• Good written and spoken English.
• Willingness to travel frequently to different vendor locations.
• High level of integrity, objectivity, and attention to detail.

Preferred experience, skills and education that are not required for job but beneficial to role

• Familiar with global retail standards (e.g., Walmart, Target, Amazon, etc.) is an advantage.
• Knowledge of supply chain flows and roles of various functional areas.
• Chinese are a plus depending on region.
