We are looking for an organized and execution-driven Logistic Officer to join our operations team. As the key driver of our physical product movement, you will be responsible for ensuring our premium cleaning equipment and accessories get from the port to our warehouse, and ultimately to our B2B clients and retail partners, safely, cost-effectively, and on time. If you excel at problem-solving, managing daily operations, and navigating local customs processes, this role is for you.

• Manage all import documentation and work closely with customs brokers and forwarders to ensure timely clearance of incoming shipments at the port.
• Track local and international shipments, and coordinate closely with transport partners to avoid delays.
• Oversee daily warehousing activities and accurate physical inventory counts; warehouse control.
• Plan and execute daily delivery schedules for local distribution to General Trade (GT), Modern Trade (MT) partners, and direct B2B customers.
• Maintain strong relationships with local transporters, and warehouse providers to secure reliable service and competitive local rates.
• Act quickly to resolve any logistical bottlenecks, missing items, or damaged goods during transit.
• Work closely with the cross-departments to align supply chain strategies with overarching corporate goals and budgeting.
• Analyze sales data, and historical performance to accurately forecast inventory and maintain optimal stock levels.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in logistics, warehousing, or freight forwarding.
• Strong attention to detail and proficiency in Excel and inventory tracking systems.
• Good command of both spoken and written Khmer and English.
• Able to work well under pressure to meet tight delivery deadlines.
