The Finance Manager is responsible for overseeing the full financial operations of Company. This role ensures accurate financial planning, reporting, and compliance while collaborating closely with the logistics and operations teams to support company-wide goals.

Financial Planning & Management

• Lead financial planning and analysis for logistics operations (budgeting, forecasting, cash flow).
• Prepare financial reports, statements, and performance summaries for management.
• Monitor budgeting vs. actual performance and advise on corrective actions.

Logistics Financial Control

• Review and approve logistics costs including freight, warehousing, transportation, and customs.
• Implement cost-control strategies to optimize financial efficiency.
• Analyze and report financial performance of logistics operations.
• Ensure efficient allocation of financial resources for logistics planning.

Financial Compliance & Reporting

• Ensure compliance with Cambodian financial regulations, tax laws, and reporting standards.
• Coordinate audits with internal and external auditors.
• Maintain accurate records of logistics invoices, payments, and financial documentation.

Cross-Functional Coordination

• Work closely with logistics, procurement, warehouse, and supply chain teams to align financial and operational goals.
• Support operational decisions with financial data such as cost-benefit analysis and pricing structures.
• Coordinate interdepartmental financial activities related to logistics projects.

Team Leadership

• Lead, coach, and develop finance and accounting staff.
• Set performance goals, monitor progress, and foster continuous improvement.
• Prepare and submit weekly, monthly, and yearly financial reports to management.

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience, preferably in logistics or supply chain industry.
• Female candidates are preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Cambodian tax regulations, financial reporting standards, and compliance requirements.
• Proven experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word); experience with accounting software is a plus.
• Good command of English; Chinese or other languages is an advantage.
• High level of integrity, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure.
