The Sales Executive is responsible for driving sales growth by acquiring new customers, managing existing client relationships, and meeting sales targets. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of the ISP industry, and the ability to deliver exceptional customer service.

• Meet sales target as assigned by the management line.
• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking, cold calling, and market research.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers.
• Address customer inquiries and provide solutions to their needs.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
• Stay updated with the ISP industry trends and product knowledge.
• Provide customers with detailed information about ISP services and packages. Prepare and deliver sales reports, forecasts, and presentations.
• Track and report on sales metrics and performance.
• Work closely with the marketing team to develop sales campaigns and promotions.
• Collaborate with technical support to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Negotiate terms and conditions with customers to close sales.
• Ensure all sales agreements and contracts are completed accurately.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role.
• Strong negotiation and sales skills.
• Ability to understand and analyze sales performance metrics.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM System.
• Goal-oriented with a passion for sales.
• Self-motivated and proactive.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Be travel, field works and mission.
• Good written and spoken English, or other languages: Chinese/Vietnamese is preferable
