Responsibilities and Duties

Cost Control: Developing estimates, managing procurement, and tracking spending to prevent overruns.
Schedule Management: Creating timelines and organizing the daily logistics of the site to ensure tradespeople work efficiently.
Stakeholder Communication: Acting as the main point of contact for clients, architects, subcontractors, and engineers.
Risk & Safety Management: Enforcing Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) rules, investigating delays or accidents, and resolving on-site conflicts.

Qualifications and Skills

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering/Architecture or Construction Management.
Strong leadership, conflict resolution, active listening, and the ability to work calmly under pressure.
Deep understanding of construction methods, building codes, and safety regulations.
Technical Mastery: Ability to interpret architectural drawings and engineering blueprints.
Software Proficiency: Experience with scheduling and management tools like MS Project, AutoCAD, or Primavera P6.
Soft Skills: Superior leadership, negotiation, and conflict resolution capabilities.
Problem Solving: Staying calm and structured under the pressure of tight field deadlines.
