Responsibilities and Duties
- Rotating through different departments or functions between sales, product management, service department to gain a broader understanding of the organization and end to end project operation.
- Participating in training programs to learn about sales processes, product and solution basic knowledge and project delivery.
- Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers.
- Assisting customers with inquiries and resolving issues.
- Other tasks are assigned by supervisor.
Qualifications and Skills
- Final-year Undergraduate, Graduation Year: 2026.
- Able to work as Full-time Employee.
- Graduated in Telecommunications, Network Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration Related Major.
- Strong English Communication and Interpersonal Skills.
- Customer Service and Problem-Solving Skills/ Potential.
- PC and Office Application Skills.
- Fast Learner and Team Player
