To repairs on plumbing, electrical, and other systems as needed. This includes fixing leaks, replacing fixtures, repairing appliances, and troubleshooting issues.

• To perform some carpentry tasks such as installing new fixtures, repairing doors and windows, building shelves, and other woodwork projects.
• Works with subcontractors to paint walls, ceilings, and other surfaces as needed.
• To prepare and patch holes, cracks, and other imperfections in walls, floors and or surfaces.
• To install new fixtures, such as light fixtures, faucets, cabinets, and appliances, following safety guidelines and manufacturer instructions.
• “Safety First” to identify potential hazards and ensure that the properties/equipment meet safety standards and regulations.
• To respond to emergency repair requests promptly and efficiently to address urgent issues that may arise.
• To maintain detailed records of maintenance and repair works, including costs, materials used, and work performed.

- Professional background and training

• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or equivalent with carpentry skill is an advantage.
• Requires skills in various trades, attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and flexibility are essential for carrying out duties.
• Must be proactive in carrying out assigned duties.
