We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Energy Storage Engineer to join our dynamic energy storage project team. In this role, you will be responsible for the technical execution and successful delivery of our energy storage projects. You will serve as the key technical liaison between internal teams, clients, and EPC contractors, providing engineering expertise to facilitate coordination and drive project progress. This position is ideal for a hands-on engineer with strong technical knowledge in power systems and a passion for the renewable energy sector.

1. Responsible for advancing all phases of energy storage project management, including resource procurement, coordination and communication with clients and EPC contractors, and tracking of installation, testing, and maintenance activities.
2. Serve as the lead technical representative during project delivery phases, effectively managing relationships with project owners and EPC contractors to resolve technical issues and ensure timely and successful project handover.
3. Oversee and execute on-site installation, system commissioning, and maintenance tasks. Proactively facilitate collaboration among internal technical and operational teams to ensure successful task completion.
4. Provide technical support for energy storage systems during operation and maintenance phases, including troubleshooting, diagnosing system faults, coordinating with clients for routine inspections, and ensuring system performance optimization.
5. Undertake additional technical duties and project-related assignments as directed by the Project Manager

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering (e.g., Electrical, Mechanical, Energy, Civil, or a related field).

Language Skills:

• Must be fluent in both Khmer (Cambodian) and English (written and spoken).
• Basic to intermediate Chinese (Mandarin) listening and speaking skills are required for effective communication with internal teams and stakeholders.

Experience & Background:

• Previous experience or educational background in the power, electrical, or renewable energy industry is a significant advantage.
• Candidates from other engineering disciplines with relevant project coordination or field experience will also be considered.
• For exceptionally qualified candidates, the specific academic background requirement may be flexible.
