- Coordinate end-to-end setup, configuration, and quality assurance of promo campaigns (promo codes, item and combo discounts, free items, bundles) in internal tools such as VML and bulk-upload templates, based on approved briefs and pricing from Commercial and KAM teams.
- Translate campaign mechanics (discount percentage, combo structure, free items, minimum order value, validity period) provided by KAM/Sales into accurate and executable configurations, ensuring all promo parameters are correctly reflected in the system and in merchant-facing communication.
- Manage and maintain in-app promo assets for campaigns (e.g., promo labels, promo messages, frames, banners, SaveLuy Meals, mega deals, seasonal campaigns), ensuring assets follow central guidelines and are delivered on time for each launch.
- Maintain an up-to-date promo and campaign calendar, coordinating launch, expiry, and blackout dates across teams, and proactively flagging potential conflicts or overlaps in promos and campaign mechanics.
- Monitor promo and campaign performance using available tracking tools and sheets (e.g., in-app asset tracking, Stone Monkey tracking, promo label and collection tracking), identify issues such as low redemption or misconfigured assets, and recommend optimization actions to stakeholders.
- Ensure data accuracy and governance for promo tracking sheets and asset inventories, including correct tagging of promo type, promo label, promo level, Grab/Mex fund split, discount values, and request dates, so that reporting and analysis are reliable.
- Partner closely with Content and Catalog teams to align promo setup with menu configuration (categories, items, prices, availability) and ensure that any menu or price changes are reflected consistently in VML and other bulk-upload templates used for promo execution.
- Support mega and seasonal campaigns by coordinating all related in-app assets (advanced shortcuts, recommendation tiles, frames, banners, promo labels and messages) with Central Team and Marketing, ensuring country requirements are captured and implemented correctly.
- Troubleshoot and resolve day-to-day promo issues raised by internal teams or customers (e.g., promo not applying, incorrect discount, wrong label or message), coordinating with Tech and Central Teams when system-level fixes or enhancements are required.
- Document and continuously improve standard operating procedures (SOPs), templates, and checklists for promo setup, QA, tracking, and reporting, to increase operational efficiency, reduce configuration errors, and shorten campaign lead times.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Management, E-commerce, or related field.
- Around 1–3 years of experience in operations, marketing campaigns, or e-commerce.
- Strong skills in Excel or Google Sheets for data tracking.
- High attention to detail to avoid configuration errors.
- Good communication skills to coordinate with multiple teams.
- Strong organization and time management skills.
- Basic problem-solving ability to fix promotion issues quickly.
