To manage the overall operations, staff, customer service, activities, and revenue growth of the assigned playground branches. This role requires excellent leadership, coordination, and reporting skills to ensure smooth daily operations, brand consistency, and an exceptional experience for children and families.
Reporting & Documentation
Submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports:
- Cash report
- Activity report
- Roster
- Stock status
- Purchase/budget requests
- Employee attendance
- Stock loss reports
- Monthly update of cost & pricing to GM and CFO/COO
Operations Management
- Understand and explain company vision, mission, and all product offerings
- Deliver clear product presentations to customers
- Ensure smooth daily operations and exceptional service
- Conduct daily/weekly/monthly stock checks and refill as needed
- Supervise cleanliness and hygiene throughout the playground
- Ensure staff appearance (uniform, grooming, etc.) meets standards
- Maintain toys, tech equipment, lighting, AC, and playground gear
- Assign cashier to deposit money and submit deposit slip
- Regularly refresh books and request toy replacements in library
- Manage daily updates of event bookings and birthday parties
- Prepare monthly activity schedules (e.g., PG, Hyatt Club)
- Execute other tasks assigned by GM, COO, or CFO
Staff & HR Responsibilities
- Lead weekly meetings with GM
- Regularly train and coach all staff
- Ensure readiness of staff to rotate stations and locations
- Solve customer and staff complaints professionally
- Uphold company rules, policies, and discipline
Event & Activity Management
- Oversee execution of in-branch and off-site activities: FDL on the Go, Outside Events (Flea Market, Farmer Market, Night Market) After School Programs, Playgroup, Ballet, Taekwondo, Sensory Play, Camps....
- Prepare checklists, packing, stock reports, and mall coordination
- Handle set-up, stock counts, and wrap-up logistics with Funsnack or relevant teams
Sales & Revenue
- Set and monitor sales targets for the branch and staff
- Assign and supervise cashier to send daily sale reports
- Propose new activities, F&B menus, or promotions to increase sales
- Support and mentor sales staff to improve performance
Marketing & Social Media
- Post 5–6 stories daily (deep cleaning, kids play, PG, A&C, Funsnack, etc.)
- Ensure FB, IG, TikTok pages are updated and active
- Collaborate with MKT and GM to improve online engagement
- Respond to customer messages promptly across platforms
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, or related field
- 3+ years of management experience in retail, entertainment, or hospitality
- Strong team leadership, communication, and conflict resolution skills
- Familiar with basic reporting, sales tracking, and stock control
- Able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Good command of Khmer and basic English (preferred)- Passionate about child development, service, and experience quality.
