The Compliance Officer is responsible for establishing, implementing, and maintaining the company’s social compliance and supply chain security systems. The role ensures full compliance with customer requirements, international standards, and regulatory obligations, with a strong focus on CSR audits and anti-terrorism factory audits.

• Lead and manage social compliance systems and continuous improvement programs
• Prepare and coordinate all CSR audits (customer audits, third-party audits, announced and unannounced audits)
• Establish and maintain supply chain security / anti-terrorism compliance systems
• Develop and follow up on Corrective Action Plans (CAP) until closure
• Conduct internal compliance training for management and employees
• Liaise with customers, audit firms, and certification bodies
• Ensure compliance in labor standards, health & safety, environmental and ethical requirements
•  Maintain proper documentation and compliance records

• Bachelor’s degree or above
•  Major in Human Resources, Law, Business Administration, International Trade, or related fields preferred
• Minimum 3 years of experience in compliance, audit, or CSR management in a manufacturing environment
•  Proven experience in handling social compliance audits independently
•  Experience leading factory audit preparation is highly preferred
